Take me out of the wilderness and you’ve taken me out of my comfort zone. Strange really, because I actually do a fair amount of candid, people on the street and urban shooting. However, my success rate is really low when it comes to this type of photography.
I chalk it up to a lack of confidence and comfort with my surroundings. People especially, but really in any fast paced environment. I feel I’m intruding I think? Something to work on!
Anyway, I specifically went looking for something urban I could post here tonight. Above is the first of the best (?). I like the tonal qualities and the link of the natural (sky) to the urban (glass building).
I’ll try and make a point of diversifying things here a bit in the future for the readers benefit and mine. In the meantime, here’s something to aspire to. Link 1 / Link 2
